Au Revoir Anneca!

I’m usually happy to receive gifts when its not my birthday or Christmas, but today when I received a few gifts from my colleagues, it was a completely different scenario. After a year and a half today I say “au revoir” to Sarenza as I begin a new job, working in the world of teaching.

Sarenza has offered me wonderful memories and I have had the most fantastic time working here. I met some great people and got to buy some great shoes!

I’m sure I will never come across such a great team of people. We have had so many good times together. My colleagues were there to give me coffee when I was tired, console me when I was down and laugh with me when I was happy.

Not only have I made friends with some wonderful people, but since working here I’ve had the opportunity to do many cool things. My highlights include the now infamous High Heel Race, being  VIP in the audience for Dancing With The Stars, as well as our very own Mad Men themed party and more recently the God Save My Shoes premier. I even had my first ever photo shoot and the results can still be seen on our home page!

Being part of an international company now means I’ve learned to say “Hello” in five languages!

So for now this is goodbye, or “au revoir” “¡adiós!,” “arrivederci”,  ”Auf Wiedersehen!” or “vaarwel zeggen”.
